How do we get started?
After our initial phone conversation, we'll start off with a free 30-minute consultation, usually in your home. At this time, I will ask you questions that will help me understand your fitness goals. We will then try a few exercises together so you can better understand how our sessions will work. You can also ask me any questions you may have.
Will I need my own equipment?
I provide most of the training equipment we will need. If you do have equipment in your home that you would like to use we can also incorporate it into our workout regimen.
After the initial consultation, you can decide if you would like to sign up for your personalized program and we will get started right away!
The first training session will include a fitness evaluation including body composition testing.
How often will we meet?
Most clients meet with me twice per week, but I will work around your schedule to give you the best results in the least amount of time.
I will keep track of your progress so you can see the changes you are making from month to month.
Will it be fun?
Every workout will be different, and based on your likes and dislikes, I will make it as fun and painless as possible!
After a few weeks of training with me, your friends will be asking what the secret is to your new toned physique!
