Why should you hire me to train you?
I have worked with men & women of all ages, from 8 - 80, and have helped all of my clients feel better about their bodies and themselves. I also have experience training people with physical limitations and I am comfortable working with your physical therapist or doctor to put together a program that is customized to your specific goals.
Through my unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Training and Cardio I can shape you into the healthy, fit and strong person that you want to be.
From yoga and pilates to boot camp drills - you will never get bored with my fun and energetic style of training.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Personal Training and Group Instruction. I am also certified in YogaFit, Raja Yoga, Balletone & Phi Pilates, Spinning and Dancing Through Pregnancy's Pre- and Post- Natal program, AFAA Kickboxing, BOSU, and Zumba as well as CPR/AED.
I have worked at several fitness centers including Dermage Spa, NYSC, JCC Stamford, California Fitness for Women, World's Gym, Spa at Grande Lake, and the University of Connecticut among others. Over 14 years of experience as a group instructor and trainer along with a Bachelor's degree in Communications from UCONN have prepared me to help you achieve your goals.
